Why consider a Dyslexia assessment?
Unlocking the right support
Identifying dyslexia in adulthood allows you to access strategies that work, while also addressing issues such as low confidence, anxiety, or avoiding certain opportunities.
Understanding your unique learning profile
An assessment highlights both challenges and strengths, showing your preferred ways of learning. This insight helps you, your employer, or your lecturers put effective strategies in place.
Building confidence and self-understanding
Many adults feel relieved to discover the reason behind their difficulties. Dyslexia does not mean being ‘lazy’ or ‘unintelligent’; it simply means processing information differently. Understanding this builds resilience and self-advocacy.
Planning ahead
An assessment report provides the evidence needed to access workplace adjustments, exam arrangements, and support in education, helping you move forward with confidence.
